Right of withdrawal
If you bought tickets in the last 10 days, you can cancel the purchase and we'll return everything you paid, service fee included. The event must be more than 24 hours away and you don't need to give a reason.
Use the email you bought with and the order number. It's in the purchase email, next to the word «ORDEN»: eight letters and numbers.
